Refund policy
Not completely happy with your new kitchen gear? We completely understand, and we’re here to help make things right.
Here is everything you need to know about our return and refund process:
1. Our 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we sadly can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of the Item To be eligible for a return, we just ask that your item is unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to show us your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return Please don’t send your purchase back without contacting us first! Just send an email to support@everfiltersdrop.com with your order number. We will guide you through the process.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping? We like to keep things fair and simple:

If it’s our fault: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent you the wrong product, we’ve got you covered. We will pay for the return shipping entirely.

If you changed your mind: If you simply changed your mind, don't need the item anymore, or ordered the wrong thing by mistake, you will just need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
5. Restocking Fees Good news—we do not charge any restocking fees at all. You will get your full eligible amount back.
6. Damages and Order Issues Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is broken, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@everfiltersdrop.com right away so we can fix the issue for you immediately.
7. Exchanges The fastest way to get the exact kitchen item you want is to return the one you have. Once we accept your return, you can just make a fresh, separate purchase for the new item.
8. Getting Your Refund Once your return arrives by mail and our team inspects it, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the money will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow about 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the money, please reach out to us at support@everfiltersdrop.com.
