1. How long will it take to receive my order? We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders. After a processing time of 1-2 business days, your order will be in transit for 7-13 business days. In total, you can expect your new kitchen gear to arrive within 8 to 15 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we do! We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

3. Where do you ship? Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

4. What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, simply email us at support@spoondec.com.

5. Are there any return fees? We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs completely.

  • If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

6. How can I track my order? As soon as your package is shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey to your home.

7. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer fast checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are listed and charged in USD.
